Distinguished Catholic Servant-Leadership Award Criteria 

All adult (eighteen years and older) lay members of the Holy Trinity Catholic Parish who are in full communion with the Catholic Church are eligible for nomination. 

The individual has demonstrated superior service, contribution of time and talent, and commitment to the parish in the past year. 

The individual has demonstrated Christian fellowship through their support of the mission of the Catholic Church. 

The individual demonstrates the Christian virtues as they live their faith on a continual basis, leaving an impression on the lives of those with whom they come into contact. 

The individual must demonstrate a confidence and competence in using their gifts to create a more vibrant faith community rooted in Jesus Christ. 

Please submit all nominations in writing and include the name of whom you are nominating as well as how the person has contributed to Holy Trinity Parish to Joyce at the parish office by March 2nd.
