NEW CORPUS CHRISTI CENTER RENTAL POLICY
Beginning May 14, 2018
All events (except wedding receptions)- $200 rental fee- need to conclude by 8 pm, the Center must be cleaned up and returned to original condition by 9 pm that evening.
Wedding receptions– the wedding must take place in one of our worship sites- $550 rental fee. Reception needs to conclude by 11 pm. Dining room and kitchen must be returned to original condition by midnight, the multipurpose room by 9:00 am the following day.
There is a key/cleaning/damage deposit of $200. If there is no damage and the Center is cleaned appropriately the full amount is returned to you after the key is returned.
