The bells will be housed in the North tower, that is the tall tower.  The lower tower is over the connection walkway to the auxiliary building and it will not house bells.  

Will we ring them before Mass?  Honestly we hadn't gotten to those thoughts!  But now we are!  We think some parishioner input would be great!  But let's think about history a little.... After a very brief Google on "Catholic Church Bells" I came across this site  http://www.awakentoprayer.org/church_bells.htm  

Perhaps take a look at that site or others regarding when to ring bells for the Catholic faith.  Or, when were bells rang at the parishes in Webster County?  In my 11 years here I don't think I've ever heard them rang.  So.... send us your thoughts and we'll take those and discern at the very least a starting point!
