Giving back time to the Lord begins by spending time with Him each day in prayer. Stewardship of time, according to the U.S. Bishops in their pastoral letter on stewardship, "...should include setting aside periods for family prayer, for reading of Scripture, for visits to the Blessed Sacrament, and for attendance at Mass during the week whenever this is possible."
Invitation to Eucharistic Adoration
Holy Trinity Parish is currently working towards the goal of Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration, which would mean every hour, of everyday, all year long, would be covered.
As we work towards this goal, we plan to begin offering Eucharist Adoration every Friday from 8:00am to Saturday, Noon in Holy Trinity Chapel.
We have a great start with many who are will to take an hour every week. But we still need more to commit. Please keep in mind that there is a large list to call upon for someone to substitute if you'll be gone.
Along with this Eucharistic Adoration invitation would like to also inquire more how we can assist you in growing in prayer life, inquire where special intentions for prayer may be and get a sense of time parishioners are spending in prayer.
Thank you for taking time to participate in this Stewardship of Prayer renewal.
